Call for Art!

Happy Time’s Gallery is accepting submissions for a winter art show!

This year’s winter art show is called SOCIAL MEDIA. What is your perspective on social media? How is it a part of your life? What even is social media? Did it exist before the advent of the internet? What could it be like in the future? Can art be social media? Can social media be art? What does it all mean?

Send in photos one work of art, including a description of how it connects to the theme of SOCIAL MEDIA, to ali@happytimestudio.com. Concepts and sketches are acceptable as long as you can share comparable finished works so that we get a sense of your approach.

Deadline: November 7, 2024

We are accepting submissions for works of art in any medium and size that is able to be displayed in our space, meaning, you can hang it from a hook or display it on a countertop. This is open to artists of all ages and experience levels. Please contact us with any questions - our goal is to be as permissive as possible.

There is an optional application fee of $25, which you can submit here if so desired.

We will hold an artist reception on Saturday, December 21, so please plan to be available that day if your artwork is chosen!
