Ready to tap into your creativity in a welcoming and uplifting space?
Join us for a relaxing 2-hour workshop where we’ll explore personal symbols and create a meaningful mixed media piece. As we make art, we’ll celebrate the energy of spring with mindfulness, journaling, and reflection around the theme of “awaken.” You’ll leave not just with a meaningful piece of art, but also with inspiration to continue your own creative self-care journey and a deeper connection to yourself.
This is for everyone from the experienced working artist to those who have never picked up a paintbrush. Ages 16+. All supplies provided, but if you want to bring your personal journal, feel free!If you have never picked up a paintbrush, this workshop is for you. And if you are a working artist with decades of experience, this is for you too!
