Poetry 102 for Kids (Feb-Mar)
Do you have time for a rhyme?
In this kids poetry class we will be discussing basic techniques for young poets who want to try their hand at something new. From haikus to sonnets, we will try our hand at some of the more popular techniques known to poetry, as well as some new ones you’ve probably never heard of!
Taught by local artist and poet Dani Flanary, this workshop meets from 5:30pm to 6:30pm on February 24, March 3, and March 10, and is open to kids ages 10-12.
It will be helpful to have taken Poetry 101, but not required.
All materials provided by Happy Time.
All fees are nonrefundable.
