Mindful Art Making: SPRING

Ready to tap into your creativity in a welcoming and uplifting space?

Join us for a relaxing 2-hour workshop where we’ll explore personal symbols and create a meaningful mixed media piece. As we make art, we’ll celebrate the energy of spring with mindfulness, journaling, and reflection around the theme of “awaken.” You’ll leave not just with a meaningful piece of art, but also with inspiration to continue your own creative self-care journey and a deeper connection to yourself.

This is for everyone from the experienced working artist to those who have never picked up a paintbrush. Ages 16+.

Bring your:

• Curiosity

• Playfulness

• Willingness to engage in self-reflection

All supplies will be provided, but journaling will be part of the experience, so if you have your own journal and want to bring it, feel free!

This class is taught by Holly Pennington, and meets on Thursday, May 1, from 1oam-12pm.

Cost: $60
